Join the National Research Council of Canada’s (NRC) Aging in Place Challenge program workshop. Learn more on the program and opportunities to connect and collaborate with NRC researchers and partners in the AgeTech ecosystem innovating to support aging in place.
The workshop highlights include:
- presentations and discussions on technologies and strategic directions being developed to support aging in place;
- information on the NRC’s Aging in Place Challenge program’s funding opportunity for new projects;
- networking and matchmaking with NRC researchers and other key collaborators in AgeTech innovation; and
- current and upcoming opportunities for Canadian AgeTech small and medium-sized enterprises.
- When: October 23, 2023, 13:00 – 17:00 EDT, as part of AgeTech Innovation Week (October 23-27).
- Where: In person, at The Hilton Toronto, 145 Richmond St West, Toronto, ON, M5H 2L2
- Who should attend: Industry, academics, older adults and caregivers, health and social care providers, government representatives and trainees.
- Registration: Attendees must be registered for the AGE-WELL Annual Conference and/or the envisAGE Annual Forum. Interested participants can add this workshop to their preferred conference pass through online registration. Attendance is capped at 50 participants.
